I earned my International Staging and Redesign Professional Diploma (IDDP) from the QC Design School. I have been staging homes and properties since 2008.

I am often asked why I became a Staging and Redesign Professional.

When my husband and I sold our home and purchased an older home several years ago, we learned some very valuable lessons. Contractors, drywall, electrical, site and survey plans were all somewhat foreign to me. Finding contractors for larger jobs and individuals who were willing to do smaller jobs was not an easy task. The time I invested in researching and finding resources was well worth it. This knowledge base along with what I’ve learned over several years in this business is what I now bring to my clients.

When you surround yourself with people you can trust and believe in, clients are able to believe in you. The companies and trades people I work with have been in business for many years. They provide quality work in a timely fashion, on budget; they stand behind their work with their names and warranties.

"In this highly competitive Real Estate Market today, my Selling Clients have only one chance to make a great first impression to any potential Buyers. This is true either when the public are using the internet to search for their new home or being walked through the house with their Agent. Janet has an excellent knowledge of home staging coupled with strong inter-personal skills. She has a way of working with anyone and any project from simple de-cluttering to major renovations."

Selling your home is an investment in itself. When the time comes to sell, make sure you get the most from your investment. The bottom line is, the cleaner, more spacious and organized a house appears, the more likely it will sell.
