In this highly competitive Real Estate Market today, my Selling Clients have only one chance to make a great first impression to any potential Buyers. This is true either when the public are using the internet to search for their new home or being walked through the house with their Agent.

A fabulous experience "STAGING WITH JANET"!


As a realtor, I have talked with and worked with a few stagers but was faced with a more challenging proposition recently. My clients had a lovely country home and property but had accumulated so much stuff over the years I was concerned that buyers would not see beyond the personal collections to see the home for its true potential.


I began shopping for the right stager who could really rise to the challenge. I needed someone who could assist my sellers in prioritizing their tasks, work with them if necessary (they are self professed "workhorses" who just needed direction), and encourage them (tactfully) to part with some of their acquisitions. They wanted help, but were quite hesitant about how much they would be willing to change their lifestyle. So the key to success was to find someone who did not frighten them off of the whole exercise by making suggestions that were either too expensive, or that would really threaten their lifestyle. I found the perfect qualifications in Janet!


Not only did Janet exceed my expectations in remarkably transforming the client's home in a few days, but she did it in such a patient, sensitive and lighthearted way, working alongside the homeowners, that they were not only thrilled with the results, but throughout the process were very proud of their team effort! They treated Janet like a trusted and true friend, and when we received and accepted an offer within the first week, they called her immediately to share their good news with her!


After seeing Janet in action working so well with my clients, I will definitely call her first for my next staging project. She is an energetic and enthusiastic worker, patient listener, and is very personable with a good sense of humour.
